She shared the secrets to her weight loss, revealing she’s been in touch with her Jenny Craig coach, Angela, while travelling.
‘We spoke about the reality of travelling and doing my absolute best to stick to the program and had honest conversations about how to build my plate if my meals can’t be packed in my suitcase,’ she shared.
She added: ‘[Jenny Craig] gives you the tools to eat with confidence and an understanding of what your plate and portion size should look like so you can enjoy the finer things in life.Life is about living and learning how to manage the silly season.’

As Casey strummed a guitar, fans couldn’t help but spy a huge diamond ring on her finger, leading some to question whether a wedding was on the cards.
Casey met Renee, a lecturer in paramedicine, on dating app Bumble and the pair set up video dates on Zoom.
‘I was nervous and excited to make a connection with Renee, and when we finally connected her banter was great and she seemed very lovely,’ Casey told Woman’s Day.

‘When I logged into our first Zoom date and saw that Renee had set it up in a café, it was so sweet…[It was] even better when she asked me what kind of coffee I wanted,’ she added.
